We deal with Part O compliance every week. We understand the Technical Guidance, the difference between TM52 and TM59, and what CIBSE's methodology means in practice for a residential project.
When you specify external solar shading with us, we can provide g-values, SHGC data and TM59 modelling inputs for every product in our range. We can also advise on which glazing orientation and which product will achieve compliance most cost-effectively.
The Future Homes Standard (in force March 2027) will make this more important, not less. We are already specifying to the expected standard for any project completing after that date.

and BMS integration.
We specify Somfy as our primary motorisation platform — reliable, whisper-quiet, and integrable with every major smart home and BMS platform including KNX, Crestron, Lutron, Apple HomeKit and Google Home.
For projects where a specific motorisation platform has been specified, we can adapt. We have installed into Lutron Homeworks systems and worked alongside BMS integrators on commercial projects. If your project has a motorisation requirement, tell us at specification stage and we will design around it.

Interior designers and architects registered with us receive trade pricing on all products, priority scheduling on projects, and a dedicated point of contact. We do not require a minimum spend to open a trade account.
We understand that your reputation depends on our installation. We treat contractor-facing work with the same care as direct residential — and we communicate proactively if anything changes on site.
